Assign a Project Manager

When you call in we review the scope of the work in order to assign the appropriate project manager. We then will follow-up with you and provide you a bio sheet about our project manager who will be leading your project.

Assess Project

The project manager will contact you to confirm the scope of work and then you will meet so they can take any measurements. These measurements will help devise a proposal (usually done at the office and sent to the customer, but it is possible to be done on the spot if the project manager has the pricing for the items being requested).

Set the Timeline

Once you approve the proposal we will schedule a date for the project. Most roofs are started in 2-3 weeks, siding (depending on material) would be 3-5 weeks, and windows are normally 3-4 weeks. This could be a bit more or less, depending on season and material availability. At our internal weekly meeting we order material and put the project in the pipeline.

Get to Work

Your project is underway, and progress is reviewed at our weekly meeting.

Complete Project

A final inspection of the work is done and final payment is expected at that time.
